CUSTOMER PRIVACY - We will never pass your details on
to a third party. We will keep you informed of any information
that you have requested but will not send unsolicited mail, faxes
or e-mails.
CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDERING BY TELEPHONE - If you prefer,
speak to a human being between 9.00 am - 5.00 p.m., (local time)

calls are charged at standard rate.)
PAYING FOR RESERVED ITEMS - We will contact you to discuss
the items you reserve. Various payment options are available by
mutual agreement. Cleared funds will always be required prior to
dispatch of any item.
RETURNS - always accepted, provided we receive proof of
purchase together with the unused goods including all original packaging,
postage paid, in good condition. We will then issue full refund*
for the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
*We regret that we are not able to reimburse any postage or carriage
charges.
DAMAGED GOODS - Please inspect the goods on receipt. Should
anything be damaged, contact us immediately. Return the imperfect
items as soon as possible so that we may claim from the delivery
company. Subject to availability, we will forward replacements immediately.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECURITY - We take your security and ours very seriously,
this is one reason why we do not take credit card payments online.
Although our web design company can offer state-of-the-art secure
servers, neither they or Alscot Bathroom Company can protect you
from 'trojan horse' virusses that transmit every keystroke you make
- Credit Card Details, Passwords, etc.

Packing & Carriage Charges
We will be pleased arrange the most suitable
form of carriage for any items you purchase.
Carriage will be provided at its cost
to us, therefore we are equally happy for you to make your
own transport arrangements.
Obviously we will confirm all details
with you prior to any charge being made.
